Sparkling Gin Fizz
The classic gin fizz made in a soda siphon: lemon, gin and fine, long-lasting bubbles. Strictly 18+.
Makes: 4 drinks · Time: 5 minutes plus 5 minutes chilling · Chargers: 1 × MOSA CO2 charger
Ingredients
- 180 ml gin
- 100 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 50 ml sugar syrup
- 360 ml iced water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon twists, to garnish
Method
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and iced water into a stainless steel soda siphon.
- Close the siphon and charge with one CO2 charger.
- Shake about 15 times, then chill in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Put 3 ice cubes in each glass, dispense the fizz and garnish with a lemon twist.

For adults aged 18 and over only. Please drink responsibly.
Safety: use only food-grade CO2 chargers made for soda siphons, never overfill the bottle, and release the pressure before opening.
