MOSA 8g cream chargers hold 8 grams of 99.9% pure, food-grade nitrous oxide (N2O, E942) in a leak-proof, recyclable steel capsule. One charger turns 0.5 litres of liquid cream into about 1.5 litres of whipped cream, mousse or culinary foam.
