Sparkling Brandy & Orange Cooler

Brandy, sweet dessert wine and orange juice, carbonated in a soda siphon for a smooth, festive cooler. Strictly 18+.

Makes: 2 drinks · Time: 5 minutes plus 5 minutes chilling · Chargers: 1 × MOSA CO2 charger

Ingredients

• 30 ml brandy
• 30 ml vanilla or sweet dessert wine
• 60 ml orange juice
• 240 ml iced water
• Ice cubes
• Orange slices, to garnish

Method

1. Pour all the liquids into a stainless steel soda siphon.
2. Close it and charge with one CO2 charger.
3. Shake about 15 times and chill in the fridge for 5 minutes.
4. Put 3 ice cubes in each glass, dispense and garnish with orange.
