We sell nitrous oxide (N2O) cream chargers only to adults aged 18 or over, and only for food and drink preparation.
How we check age
- On your first visit you must confirm you are 18 or over before entering the site.
- At checkout you must enter your date of birth. Orders from anyone under 18 are refused.
- We may verify your age with an independent age-check provider before dispatch, and ask for photo ID if that check is inconclusive.
- Some orders are delivered with an age-verified or signature service.
What we keep
We store your date of birth, your culinary-use declaration, the time it was given and the IP address used, alongside your order. We keep these records for 6 years to show we meet our legal duties, and we never use them for marketing.
Refusals
If we cannot confirm your age, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
